It is almost embarrassingly easy to find a hotel in Georgia without having reservations in advance. Georgia was a nice trip because it turned our angry panic at the aunt who forgot to make the reservations into an outstanding time. College Park Hotel was in a lovely part of town and had vacancies. Unbelievable low prices especially considering that it was located close to Six Flags, Underground Atlanta, the Georgia Dome, the World of Coca Cola, and the Mall. We took sight of the Underground Atlanta which is a shopping center under the ground with places that you can record your own music and a million and one places to eat. At six flags my sister almost tossed her cookies on the roller coaster. The Coca Cola factory is great to see. We sampled how the drink tastes all over the world and bought all types of souvenirs for the family who did not make it. All tickets to everywhere can be purchased at the gate. There is no need to book in advance especially since you are handed discount books at the point of purchase. |
