I know that this is sad, but I am from Florida and I want to have the first week of my honeymoon in Grand Floridian Hotel in Walt Disney World. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is one of the most magnificent hotels that I have ever seen in my entire life. It is big, bold and beautiful and since I am going to go all out on my wedding anyway, I might as well fit the bill for a paradise honeymoon. Yes, it is that amazing that it is considered to be the TOP Disney resort. The Grand Floridian has a majestic turn of the century charm. It has hundreds of rooms with a full-service spa and elegant restaurants like Victoria and Albert's. The building is tall and white, with red roof tops. The rooms are so very nice that I feel like I princess whenever I am in one of them. Because it is so enchanting it is quite expensive. There is a price for the ultimate pampering. It is located on the Seven Seas lagoon and you can see Magic Kingdom from many of the rooms. Even though it is very big and located close to so much, the hotel still maintains a quiet personal atmosphere. You can even relax in the lobby looking up at the chandeliers to the sound of someone playing the grand piano. All I know is that someone opened up a story book and decided to create a brilliant hotel out of its pages. |
