Turkbuku, Bodrum Peninsula, Turkey Reviews View Cheap Holidays To TurkbukuTurkbuku, Bodrum Peninsula, Turkey The Land of Young People Rating: 7/10 Submitted by: Heather Date of travel: 27/08/2007
We stayed in the Iberotel Bordrum Princess hotel that was only a ten minute car ride from the main village of Turkbuku. The hotel was utterly remarkable and we spent much time at the Iber Beach Club. We spent most days driving into Turkbuku because the experiences were fantastic and enjoyable. Clean water surrounded the bay, and the food had a unique and delightful taste. The town had many restaurants, each with its own flare. In one you would hear jazz music, the one next to it had a live Turkish band playing, and the bar next to that one played American music. Since Turkbuku is a main Village and many tourists do visit, security measures are high. Ensure that at anytime day or night you have an ID and a copy of your passport. There are check points on the highway just before you enter and leave Turkbuku on weekends so don't be alarmed, just prepared. Inside of Turbuku Bianca is the best club in which to be. Nice music, good crowds and free drinks for the ladies. It's a good thing to save money on your drinks because the shopping is to die for. Designer to cheap items: hats, purses, sunglasses, jewelry, clothes, and any accessory item imaginable. Younger people like those in their twenties and thirties dominate the areas of Maki and Na Na so if you don't like our crowd, you should stay clear. If you are one of us, the fun times keep rolling along. |
