We stayed in just outside Paphos without car hire and was surprised at how frequent and reliable the buses were. With two kids in tow we found Paphos the perfect location for them, clean and very friendly with so much to do that we couldn't fit it all in just the one week, and we travelled well out of season.

I WENT TO PAPHOS IN CYPRUS LAST YEAR. IT WAS THE GREATEST HOLIDAY I HAVE HAD EVER HAD I CAN NOT WAIT TO RETURN. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO CYPRUS ONCE IN A LIFE TIME.

We stayed just on the outskirts of Paphos in a 4 star hotel (St George). It was gorgeous, fantastic Gym, fantastic pool areas leading onto a beautiful beach. We were a short cheap taxi ride into Paphos - loads of shops, loads of pubs and good night life (including a really cheesy Starsky and Hutch Club which was great fun)! The weather was great and I would definately go again!

I went to Paphos in Cyprus last year with my g/f and it was nice. People were nice and food was great. The beach wasn't that great but was clean. Not that many activities, its a bit of a quite place compared to Ayia Nappa and would suit people looking for some relaxation. Don't get me wrong, Paphos is full of character and my g/f loved it just not to my taste 100% but still glad i went. There are a couple of clubs and loads of bars and prices are not too high which was good. Stayed in a lovely little hotel, small but well nice. I wouldn't go again as i have seen it but if you haven't you should!
