I would say that I went into town only 3 times on my two week holiday at the Kusadasi resort. I did not have to leave but thought since I was there, it would be nice to go. The resort had everything. There were restaurants, bars, and GOOD CLUBS, in a resort. That astounds me. Although it was a resort the clubs played good music and were open until all hours of the morning. There was not too much entertainment in the way of shows but the Kusadasi resort is more geared towards relaxation. Resort beach was peaceful and nice. The resort as a whole was extremely clean and held itself at a high standard of service. At times the Kusadasi was a bit busy, crowded and loud around the Irish bars but that was once in a while at night when everyone strove for good times. During the day I took day trips in the resort to ancient sites. When I did go into town I got to see a dolphin show, go on a jeep safari and got soaked on the water rides. I even ventured to Pygale beach which was a little more favorable than the resort beach and was a mere ?1 coach ride. You do get hassled to buy things at merchant shops but with a polite couple of assertive no's, the owners leave you alone. |
