we stayed in govino bay apartments which are fantastic for families. gouvia itself is a great base to explore the rest of the island. verginas has to be the most fantastic part of our childrens holiday, this lovely taverna and even lovlier staffmade us welcome and sad to leave. cant wait for our next visit in 2011Gouvia, Corfu, Greece Very nice resort. Rating: 7/10

Me and my husband stayed at the Kerkyra Beach Hotel which was superb. There was a large pond in the resort with a water feature and fishes and there was also beautiful statue's as well, it was a beautiful place. Gouvia offers day and evening entertainment from beach activities to discos, greek entertainers and karaoke of the evening, and amazing food. The best part of the holiday was that you could not beat the hotel view and the pool was gigantic, I was amazed and very happy with every bit of my holiday to Gouvia. |
