I must have taken over 500 pictures in Gokova because every part of it is absolutely stunning. The sights were amazing, the sounds?inviting, and the adventures kept my camera snapping finger busy. The road into Gokova is lined with Eucalyptus trees that form a natural tree-tunnel as you enter. Each and every corner, nook, or crevice of the bay offered its own touch of radiance. Passing through the canopies and seeing the animals made us walk and drive more just for the scenery. I was able to see all of the beauty of Gokova bay on our 8 day and 7 night Blue Voyage cruise. Gokova was our embarking and returning spot. After our crusise we spent 4 additional days there where we sat back and spent a tranquil time at the beach. Our adventures took place on the water where we scuba dived and skied on water. |
