i went to st.petes beach this year . I stayed at the dolphin resort hotel very good very relaxing .Plenty of sunbeds and you our right on the beach which is very nice. You really need a car especialy to go to the shopping malls ther is a lot of good ones around but they are all driving distance.There is a lot of good restaurants around and also driving distance .Be sure and visiy ellenton outlet centre well worth a visit also you are near tampa and busch gardens .Florida, USA The State that Shines Rating: 3/10

They call it the sunshine state because it is almost permanently sunny and I am glad to report that I experienced all of that sun during my winter vacation. Florida is one of the top holiday hotspots because it is so hot. My family and I took holiday there to escape the snow. We spend time in Miami, Orlando, and Tampa. In Miami we took in the night life and went on tours that showed us the locations of the houses of the stars. We saw Latin and African Dancing shows and tasted spicy Cuban food. In Orlando we visited Rollins College, a beautiful private University displaying Spanish Mediterranean architecture in its buildings. There we spoke to the students to have a feel of the town and explore the place where my younger brother might attend University. We had dinner at Arabian Nights which is a dinner show with a Middle Eastern theme. Men and women did stunts on horses and the horses danced. We passed several orange groves as we made our way through the state. In Tampa we visited the Dinosaur museum and spent from early morning until late night at Busch Gardens Adventure Park. Florida is a true sign of sun, hospitality, and a good time. |
