I never knew that Florence was such a great city I always though Italy was all about Milan, Rome and Venice but I must say that of all the cities in Italy Florence is by far my favourite. It has got the perfect blend of everything it is not too crowded and its not completely rural either. There are plenty of museums and attractions in Florence to keep you busy and the food is great. Happy hour seems to last for much more than an hour in Florence at most bars which is a huge bonus and they don’t use measuring cups when pouring drinks.Florence, Italy My Favourite City! Rating: 10/10

I must say that this was probably my favourite city on my tour of Italy. it was absolutely perfect, our hotel was located 2 mins away from the train station there was a traditional market which sold everything you can think of and as for the the things to see, there are loads of museums and galleries the famous statue of David and the Duomo Cathedral Church in the centre of the city is a splendid site. If you only have time for one city then make sure its Florence! |
