A wonderfully serene city with a hint of eeriness, Fez is a medieval city that has got history by the bucket loads. You can pick up some really cool bargains at the local souks and if you like trekking then you will enjoy walking around the city and taking in all the history. This vastly historical city is full of wonderful attractions that will capture your imagination. The one recommendation I would make is that you get a guided tour around the city as it is very easy to get lost and language would be a barrier in trying to get back on the right path. Be sure to visit the old part of the medieval city which is absolutely fantastic. The city also has lots of great souks where you can pick up some really good souvenirs. Fez will offer you some fantastic views of the city where you can see the wonderful palaces and Mosques. |
