Latest Cyprus Holiday ReviewsView Cheap Holidays To CyprusCyprus Fabulous Nissi Beach Rating: 7/10 Submitted by: Ken Date of travel: 12/10/2007
We had a great holiday; most days were spent on beach with its white sands, turquoise waters and a fantastic range of water sports. There are a number of lively bars but if you really fancy a night out Ayia Napa is just a short taxi ride away. Cyprus Seafront Hotel Rating: 7/10 Submitted by: Lincoln Date of travel: 06/03/2007
I would definitely return to the Natura Beach hotel. It's a lovely little hotel with fanstastic sea views, and it’s just a short walk away from some great taverns and restaurants.Cyprus Seaside Relaxation Rating: 7/10 Submitted by: Tim Date of travel: 14/08/2007
Had great fun on the pedaloes and picked up plenty of souvenirs in town. Ideal location for a casual seaside holiday with plenty to do.Cyprus Traditional Nature Rating: 9/10 Submitted by: Markus Date of travel: 18/04/2006
Nice resort in a great location of Corfu. Lovely hotels and fabulous beaches. Refreshing places to eat under the shade of umbrellas and big tree leaves. People playing music at restaurants and refusing to take money for the melodious sounds. Good time to relax and put the body and mind at ease. Very lazy holiday for us all. We saw the historical sites and ate dishes that the Greeks have been cooking for centuries. All of the houses and hotels in the Greek theme without one modern building to ruin the feel of the times. Delightful water views set before green grasslands and tall mountains. Only about 5 or 7 taveras and two mini markets but fun times, resting and soaking up the sun. I WILL be back during the stressful times and during the times I need rest. I will also be back for the nature and the fun things that we did in the water. Boating and sailing were ranked top among them for me.Cyprus Cyprus Delight Rating: 8/10 Submitted by: Greg Date of travel: 11/08/2007
Stayed in the Londa Hotel it was wonderful. My only nag is that the water was slow to drain from bath, but I would definitely recommend to a friend. Lots to do, great weather, fab location! Cyprus Party crazy Rating: 10/10 Submitted by: michael Date of travel: 20/08/2007
All I did was go clubbing when I went to Ayia Napa so that’s what I am going to tell you about. We hopped around so many clubs at Ayia Napa and they were all great and buzzing with life. I would recommend that you definitely go to Castle Club, Hollywood Boulevard and Monkey Business but those are just a few there are so many other great clubs to party at just hop around.Cyprus Not for Parties Rating: 8/10 Submitted by: Gale Date of travel: 04/06/2005
I would recommend Polis to anyone who is looking for a peaceful break away from their hectic life. Often when you go on holiday for a peaceful holiday you end up in a place that has got a very loud and vibrant atmosphere which does little for you since you wanted a tranquil holiday not a party fest. Polis is that haven that you are searching for; it is absolutely beautiful, quiet and stays that way day or night. You can take lovely scenic walks and enjoy the scenery or relax on the beach all day long and by the time your holiday is over you will be ready and recharged to take on your fast paced life again.Cyprus Rating: 9/10 Submitted by: Louise Date of travel: 18/07/2002
We stayed just on the outskirts of Paphos in a 4 star hotel (St George). It was gorgeous, fantastic Gym, fantastic pool areas leading onto a beautiful beach. We were a short cheap taxi ride into Paphos - loads of shops, loads of pubs and good night life (including a really cheesy Starsky and Hutch Club which was great fun)! The weather was great and I would definately go again!Cyprus Coral Bay is so BEAUTIFUL! Rating: 8/10 Submitted by: Wendy Date of travel: 12/07/2006
I'm a big fan of beach holidays and Coral Bay made my dreams come true. The crystal sea and sandy beach was so wonderful and with activities such as banana boats, boat rides and jet skis you could not go far wrong. My hotel was amazing, I stayed in the 5 star Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, I felt like a celebrity, the service, food, room etc was just brilliant. I had a pool view which was loveley, would of been the icing on the cake if I got the sea view but I can't complain. There was also a huge selection of bars, restaurants and clubs to visit, I went to most of the bars of an evening and went to a foam party as well, but the best place to party is Pathos. Cyprus Latchi is a favorite. Rating: 7/10 Submitted by: Ken Date of travel: 03/05/2007
I thought Latchi was a nice resort, plenty for the kids and grown ups to do. The Crystal Marina in Litchi Harbour was amazing and the Baths of Aphrodite was also a nice visit. The kids enjoyed a day time tour of Latchi with a tour guide while me and my wife explord the Aphrodite and Adonis hiking trails. Of an evening we spent our time at the Latchi harbour front restaurant and then enjoyed a stroll along the sea front.Cyprus Great attractions to see. You gotta visit Limassol Berengaria Castle and Kolossi Castle, There totally stunning. We also went to Limassol's wine festivals, but I had a sore head the next morning though.. The ancient city of Curium was a good tourist spot and you could chill out in one of the cafe's there and watch everything that's going on.Cyprus Polis is absolutely brilliant. I love Polis, I enjoy acient history which Polis brings. I enjoyed a boat trip to Akamas Sea and also went on a jeep safari to Akamas Park, its just breath taking. There is so much to do and see and discover, I am planning another holiday to Polis next year with my friends. Its a real eye opener and a wonderful experience.Cyprus Nice place! When I went to Protaras with my family I expected it to be very liveley, with youngsters and groups etc but it wasn't, it was family based and not as busy as I thought it would be. But Ayia Napa is just up the coast so if you fancied some fun that was the place to be seen... In the day time I stayed with my family and enjoyed walks into Protaras centre and also went to one of the museums. The beach was nice, there was a choice of water sports and there was also day time activities going on in the resort too. Cyprus Stunning, beautiful, gorgeous. Stunning location, I was gob smacked with the hotel and the resort we stayed in, drop dead gorgeous... It was absolutely beautiful. There was so many beaches you could choose from and the sand was golden, with crystal clear water, you could go snorkeling and watch the fish swim etc. One of the days me and my friend went and toured the Tombs of the Kings at Paphos and we also visited the ruins of acient Roman Kourion. We had a great laugh in the evening, we went to all the bars across the strip and sat on the beach just chilling. It was a nice and peaceful holiday to remember.Cyprus Not my ideal holiday... Me and my husband work very long hours and only get to spend 1 day off a week at home, so we decided to have a break and booked a last minute holiday to Troodos in Cyprus. We expected a beach holiday but we ended up at Churchill Pinewood Valley Hotel based in the mountains. I've never been to Cyprus before but everything I heard was fantastic and I was told that no matter where you booked you would have beautiful beachs close by. Ok, the peace and quiet was nice, the view was tremendous and you could actually see the ocean from the mountains but you had to walk for miles before you got to anywhere decent. It wasn't my ideal holiday, I would never book anything last minute again as you don't know where you will end up. But I do agree that the area and location was pretty but it's for the more adventurous person.Cyprus Rating: 10/10 Submitted by: Amanda Date of travel: 18/06/2002
I got married in Nissi Beach and the experience was a dream come true. On arrival we was greeted with Flowers and a glass of wine then when we got to our hotel room we was suprised with more gifts such as roses and champagne. The stay was very unforgetable with out a doubt. The hotel was amazing and the food was great, although there was a buffet service of the evening but that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time.Cyprus Holiday in Cyprus Rating: 5/10 Submitted by: John Date of travel: 01/08/2006
I went to Paphos in Cyprus last year with my g/f and it was nice. People were nice and food was great. The beach wasn't that great but was clean. Not that many activities, its a bit of a quite place compared to Ayia Nappa and would suit people looking for some relaxation. Don't get me wrong, Paphos is full of character and my g/f loved it just not to my taste 100% but still glad i went. There are a couple of clubs and loads of bars and prices are not too high which was good. Stayed in a lovely little hotel, small but well nice. I wouldn't go again as i have seen it but if you haven't you should!Cyprus Larnaca was fun Rating: 7/10 Submitted by: Elle Date of travel: 15/07/2006
Went Larnaca last year with my friends and we had a great time. Although we spent most of the nights partying, away in Ayia Nappa we however went beach and got our tan during the day in Larnaca. People in Larnaca are really nice and the place is quite small but full of character and is not over crowded which could be a good thing if you just spend the last 5 nights in Ayia Nappa and wanted to get away. Food is also really good and not so expensive at all. Nice restaurants around the beach as well. There are a few nice shops as well so you will be able to grab some bargains if you're keen on that. Overall, we all had i good time and we going back to Cyprus tomorrow lol. Yep can't wait. Hope this helped.Cyprus Cyprus here i come Again Rating: 10/10 Submitted by: Elle Date of travel: 19/09/2007
Hey, I am going to Cyprus tomorrow, how exciting, can't wait. Myself and friends went last year and we loved it so we going again tomorrow. Lat year we stayed in larnaca but we spent the most of our time in Ayia Nappa partying. It was wicked. The clubs are great and music is good but the thing that is unbeatable is the party atmosphere. I loved it. Everyone was so down to earth and up for a good time. Ayia Nappa is the place to be - during summer.Deffinitly a good place if fun is what you are after.
