So it's not stylish and ikea furnished, it's not full of posers and noisy kids....but it's great.
We holidayed at the Cala Bona twice in 2007 and are going back in June this year.
Why...because it caters for english middle aged and older people without accompanying children. It's in an ideal location, has an excellent resteraunt and the best entertainment in Mallorca. What more do you need??Cala Bona, Majorca, Spain cala bona majorca Rating: 8/10

Cala Bona is a lovely resort for a quiet family holiday.We stayed at the Bon Aire just out side the town and it was a fantastic aparthotel. The nightlife was ideal for the family and if you wanted to you could walk inta a Cala d'or for something more lively. I would recomend this resort to any family and I am planning to go back there this year.Cala Bona, Majorca, Spain Rating: 6/10

Quiet resort with a pretty harbour and beach. Lots of restaurants and shops but not much in the way of night life (Paco Beach Bar had good live music). It's an ideal place for a quiet relaxing one week holiday. Cala Bona, Majorca, Spain Rating: 6/10

Cala Bona is a quiet place but like any other resort, you do get your livelier spots. The hotel its self was ok, it was a 3 star but was also very basic, there was no A/C in the room which was horrible especially at night when your trying to get to sleep. The beach was lovely, white sand, green sea and with some good activities so you don't get bored of the sunbathing. I would go back to Cala Bona but I would have to go All in... |
