Baga beach is BEAUTIFUL! I wish I could express in words how gorgeous it is. Everyone there is so chilled out! Holidays are meant to be like this. I'm saving to get back to Goa ASAP! Anjuna market at night is awesome! there was live music and loads of stuff to buy. When you're bargaining take into account that although everything is really cheap if you buy too much you'll have to post it home which can cost a bit... but less than excess baggage at the airport! I paid around 30 pounds to post 30kg back to the UK (yes I went a bit nuts but it was christmas presents!) The food in goa was fantastic! seafood and vegetarian food is the best. And dont worry.... just because you get fresh baby shark for lunch everyday doesn't mean there are sharks in the water. This crossed my mind but a fisherman told me they go out miles and miles to catch them! It's safe to swim! |
