What a fabulous holiday cruising down the nile and stopping off at several places of interest along the way. The views were amazing. Lots of temples and my favourite place was the valley of the kings. I would reccommend this holiday to anybody.Aswan, Egypt Rating: 8/10

I spent 2 weeks in Egypt and Aswan was definitely the most relaxing resort I stayed in. THe Nubian museum is so interesting. I'm really into egyptian history so spent a whole day there! Also plenty of Nubian villages from ancient times to nose around. There are temples and souks to visit and the nile was right on our doorstep. We hired a boat and spent a day just drifting. If all you want from a holiday is sun sand and sangria then go to the costa del sol... Aswan is so much more! |
